Working primarily with watercolor and ink, Chriska's hand-drawn pieces reflect a poetic and unique creative process where each stroke is permanent, adding to the beauty of the work.Chriska treasures the slow, deliberate process of creation, transforming everyday scenes into playful, detailed cartoon drawings.
Beyond the studio, Chriska enjoys hiking, camping, cycling, driving, and traveling with two beloved companions, Kiko, a 15-year-old schnauzer, and Miso, a 4-year-old wire fox terrier.
"Drawing is a strong universal language that tells stories and brings people together with memories," says Chriska North Street.
